Hey there- I'm Joanna, but feel free to call me Jo! My world has always been filled with photography- through all the years and different cameras, it's always been my biggest passion and love. Most of my favorite childhood memories involve me running around with cameras and taking photos of anything and everything in sight.

I love working with couples to document both the big days and the small things, to make sure they're saved for you and your family forever. Being there on some of your happiest days and making sure they're preserved forever is not only a huge honor and privilege, but also one of the greatest joys of my life. Anytime I am photographing tearful vows, sweet first dances, or the excitement of you partying the night away with some of your favorite people, I am reminded of how unbelievably lucky I am to get to do my dream job beside all of you and how grateful I am to be entrusted with such a deeply personal task. Regardless of  how big or small your wedding is, I will probably be the one who you spend the most time with- I'll be tying ties, pinning boutonnieres, fluffing your dress, adjusting your hair, and providing the tissues. I'll listen to you gush over your soon-to-be spouse and be the one screaming "stahhhhp I'm dead" over how cute you two are.

My art is centered around romance, intimacy, and natural moments that you'll want to relive over and over throughout the years. No matter the setting we're in, or how beautiful the view, my goal is for your emotion and connection to steal the show. Whether I am giving you two a few minutes of quiet time to just be together or telling you to whisper silly things in each others ear, the way I plan our time together and the prompts I give you are meant to bring out exactly who you are together and the love you share.

I am a travel enthusiast and I will always be down to hike up a mountain or explore a new city. When I'm not off hiking, traveling, or working, you can probably find me at the Whitewater Center (rafting, ropes courses, and flatwater are my faves!), playing Hogwarts Legacy on my couch, or "running errands" at TJ Maxx. My favorite meals are anything that include coffee or sushi and I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as "too much chocolate." Most importantly, I am a lover of all love and will never tire of documenting it.
